We periodically update our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) applicable to all employees and directors, and our Code of Ethics for Senior Financial Officers and Directors. On May 2, 2023, our Board of Directors approved amendments to the Code, including (i) with respect to conflicts of interest, adding provisions addressing political contributions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, and interactions with government employees, as well as various clarifying amendments, and (ii) adding a provision addressing fair dealing. The Code was also updated to reflect various other technical, administrative or non-substantive revisions.
