Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On October 31, 2013, the Board of Directors of Union First Market Bankshares Corporation elected G. William Beale as president of Union First Market Bankshares effective October 1, 2013, following the retirement of David Fairchild. Beale remains chief executive officer of Union First Market Bankshares and Union First Market Bank.
